I’ve used my expertise as a coaching psychologist to develop an evidence-based toolkit of psychologically informed and proven approaches that result in positive changes.
Through a range of assessments, one-to-one coaching sessions, and your implementation of what we discuss, you will become a confident, resilient, inspiring leader (who actually enjoys going to work).
The programme is usually delivered over 5 months, but can be completed in less time, by reducing the time between coaching sessions. We can discuss this more intensive version during your free discovery call and agree which would suit you best.

I start with an assessment of your current communication style and level of assertiveness, then I’ll help you communicate more effectively, so you can improve your relationships with colleagues.

Reliable and valid assessment tools based on neuroscience and strengths-based psychology, plus four 60-minute feedback sessions where we review your results and what that means for you as a leader

Frequently Asked Questions
The programme is made up of twelve sessions. I recommend meeting on a weekly basis for the first four sessions, before moving to fortnightly sessions for the remainder of the programme.
